• 1 oz light rum
• 1 oz dark rum
• 1/2 oz orange liqueur (like Cointreau or triple sec)
• 1/2 oz orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
• 1 oz fresh lime juice
• 1/4 oz simple syrup (optional, for added sweetness)
• Ice cubes
• Twang Chile Lime Salt

1. Rub a lime wedge around the rim of your glass, then dip it into the chile-lime salt to coat.
2. Combine light rum, orange liqueur, orgeat syrup, lime juice, and simple syrup (if using) in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake well.
3. Fill your rimmed glass with fresh ice. Strain the mixture into the glass, then slowly float the dark rum on top by pouring it over the back of a spoon for a layered effect.
4. Add a lime wheel and a sprig of mint.
